Role Description: Provide one-on-one care for children with special needs by sharing the love of Jesus through bible stories, worship songs, prayer, and activities designed specifically for each child in alignment with TPC’s mission, vision, core values, and TPC Kids ministry guidelines. Be an integral part of fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
Skills, Attributes, Knowledge:
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus
- Believe in the importance of building a strong Biblical foundation in children
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and nurturing skills
- Willing and teachable heart
- Love for children with various special needs
- Experience working with children with special needs preferable, but not required
Time Commitment:
- Sundays: either first or second service
- 1 school year (Sept-Aug)
